The Service
RichPBX provides AI-answered call handling for a phone number you designate. Deployment tiers, pricing, and included features are described on the main site and may change with notice.
Availability
RichPBX depends on third-party infrastructure, including Twilio and a language model provider, and cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Acceptable Use
You may not use RichPBX to impersonate another business, to deceive callers about who they are speaking with, or for any unlawful purpose.
Cancellation
Monthly deployments may be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Annual deployments are described at time of purchase.
