What We Collect
When you request a RichPBX deployment, we collect what is necessary to configure your line: your business name, phone number, and the details you provide about how the AI agent should represent your business.
Call Data
Calls answered by your deployment are processed by the AI agent to generate a response. Conversation content is retained only as long as needed to maintain context during a call, and is never sold to third parties.
Third-Party Processors
Call routing is handled by Twilio. AI responses are generated by a language model provider. Each is bound by its own data handling terms.
